Overview:
Here at Pro-Shield, the most important goal is to be and stay safe while providing excellent service. Pro-Shield's Safety Director is a crucial role of the Pro-Shield Companies team. The Safety Director manages & overseas the safety strategies & practices implemented. The Safety Director ensures that every employee understands & is adhering to the safety strategies & practices while on the job.

Additionally, our Managers, Foreman, and Laborers are well trained in safety protocol and must at a minimum be trained and certified in Lift (Aerial/MEWP), FRACO, OSHA (10), & First Aid/CPR.

Safety Leadership:
The Pro-Shield Safety Director is responsible for identifying potential hazards, evaluating risks, & implementing protocols to prevent accidents. The Safety Director also works closely with management & employees to ensure that everyone is informed, trained, & committed to following all policies & procedures. The Safety Director is trained in all safety programs specifically, but not limited to our field of work, along with all general safety programs (First Aid, CPR, etc). The Safety Director is also a certified safety trainer & can train any employee on any safety procedure.
